Once you have bought your property on the Bodrum Peninsula, we recomend you appoint a professional Property Management Company to care for your home in your absence. We have made arrangements with a Bodrum based company specialising in Property Management and Rental services to offer a choice of two packages.
Weatherguard Package £199 per annum
- Safe keeping of your keys and making them available for collection during office hours
- Visiting your property 12 times throughout the year
- External and internal inspection of your property for any signs of disrepair
- Checking security sytems, windows and doors
- Monthly airing of your property
- Checking all services (electricty, water etc) are connected
- Running all taps and showers, flushing of toilets
- Checking for any infestation
- Providing a report following each visit, including digital photos
Constant Control & Rental Package £395 per annum
- Safe keeping of your keys and making them available for collection during office hours
- Visiting your property once a month during summer months (April to October) and twice a month during winter months (November to March)
- Checking for mail and forwarding to your preferred address or storing it until your next visit
- External and internal inspection of your property for any signs of disrepair
- Checking security systems, windows and doors
- Airing of your property
- Checking and replacing light bulbs if supplied
- Checking all services (electricty, water etc) are connected
- Running all taps and showers, flushing of toilets
- Checking for any infestation
- Visiting your property to check for damage during adverse weather conditions
- Providing a report following each visit, including digital photos
- Arranging contractors as and when required
- Arranging comprehensive Building, Content and Earthquake Insurance
- Organising payment of property taxes at the local council
- Organising payment of utility bills and community fees
- Representation at Site meetings if required
- Organising cleaning, laundry, airport transfers, car hire and welcome packs for you or your guests as required
- Holiday Rental Service: including:- marketing your property on www.way2holiday.com and other internet sites reaching a worldwide audience (15% commission will be deducted from any rental income received as a result of this marketing but no commission of course if it is your own client, family or booking from another firm): preparing an inventory list: giving rental advice to make your property more attractive for potential clients: 24 hour emergency contact number for all guests: prepare a Welcome Book for your property: prepare driving instructions to your property: handle client enquiries: manage booking calanders and availability chart: take deposit and payments
