At Prime Property Solutions we offer an Inspection Trip Package to enable you to view properties on the Bodrum Peninsula and to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. Unlike most Inspection Trips, we offer a full week accommodation so that you can enjoy a holiday at the same time !

You will be met at the Airport by one of our representatives and taken to your accommodation at the Sirca Apartment Hotel in Bitez. Over the next 2 days one of our Property Consultants will arrange and accompany you on viewings of properties that meet your criteria.

The Sirca Apartment Hotel, Bitez, Bodrum

The Sirca Apartment Hotel consists of 24 modern apartments set in peaceful surroundings, lush with greenery, and is only a short stroll to the lovely beach of Bitez. The restaurant caters for every taste and the atmosphere is typically Turkish….laid back, relaxing and very friendly!

The gated grounds and apartments are laid out surrounding the pool area. The apartments are bright, clean and comfortable one bedroom, self catering units which can sleep up to 4 people. They come complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, including 2 cooking rings, fridge, mini oven, dishes and utensils. The living area has a fold away sofa bed and bistro dining table with glass doors leading to the balcony. All apartments have direct dial telephone, air conditioning*, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe* and balcony with dining table and chairs. Cots are available upon request.
